MESSAGE

Effective time management is linked to success, productivity, satisfaction and wellbeing. In fact, if you can manage your time effectively, your life will be properly managed. Be aware that how you spend your time is how you spend your life.

When I hear a young person complain about not having enough time, I wonder if such fellow is serious at all. We all have the same 24 hours to achieve success or failure daily. Many people waste their time sleeping or on social media, chatting or sending voice notes over unnecessary things and at the end of the day, they are unable to complete any meaningful task. My child, you need to know that the amount of time you spend on any activity today will culminate in the quality of your life now and in the future. Jesus knew He had a very limited time on earth, so, immediately after His Baptism, He launched into His ministry. He didn’t spend time loafing or lounging. Therefore, be mindful of where and how you spend your time to avoid future regrets.

My dear child, the Bible is not “old school, neither are your Christian parents. If you obey their instructions, you will never be stranded in life.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, please teach me how to manage my time and life properly.

HYMN: PASS ME NOT A GENTLE SAVIOUR

Pass me not, O gentle Saviour,
Hear my humble cry,
While on others Thou art calling,
Do not pass me by.

CHORUS
Saviour, Saviour,
Hear my humble cry;
While on others Thou art calling,
Do not pass me by.

Let me at Thy throne of mercy
Find a sweet relief;
Kneeling there in deep contrition,
Help my unbelief.

Trusting only in Thy merit,
Would I seek Thy face;
Heal my wounded, broken spirit,
Save me by Thy grace.

Thou the Spring of all my comfort,
More than life to me,
Whom have I on earth beside Thee?
Whom in heaven but Thee?
