MESSAGE

When Adam and Eve fell in the Garden of Eden, mankind fell and became alienated from the Lord but thank God for Jesus. His death brought mankind pardon. Thus, when a fellow accepts the love of Jesus, he/she becomes born again and reconciled to God. He/she is seen as holy, sinless and blameless. He/she also enjoys a swift translation from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of God.

It is however sad that many people still reject this change or offer of reconciliation despite God’s desire that all men should be saved. They think they know better than to be restricted by holiness. They believe that holiness is unnecessary, and the second coming of Christ is of no priority to them. Are you one of the people to whom the love of God and death of Christ mean nothing? I advise that you turn a new leaf right now so that you will stop being an enemy of God. If you know you are reconciled with God already, thank Him for this privilege and be determined to stay in the faith.

PRAYER POINT:

Lord Jesus, thank You for reconciling me to God. Please, do the same for all my family members who are not yet saved.

HYMN 4: In Christ Alone

In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All

In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
‘Til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid

There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of

No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life’s first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
